Camera Mount Reliability For Ski Days
Detailed project page
Problem Definition
On deep snow days the capture setup had to change quickly between rides. Existing mounts slipped under vibration, trapped snow in bad places, and pushed me toward temporary fixes that were hard to trust once speed increased.
Problem Solution
I redesigned the adapter around glove-on usability and retention stability: anti-slip interface geometry, snow-shedding features, and quick replacement logic. Fit checks and repeated field sessions were used to tune reliability before wider use.
